Cancellation

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
Your appointments are confirmed by e-mail. Text reminders are also sent 48 hours prior to your appointment. All cancellation fees will be applied on the total of your next treatment. Less than 48-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Multiple services cancelled within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

*Please be aware that 1 weeks notice is required if you wish to rearrange or cancel your Microblading appointment. As this service takes 3 hours, by cancelling/moving your appointment with 1 weeks notice will allow me the time to fill this appointment. If the notice period is not given, you will be charged for this*

November & December/Christmas Cancellation Policy –

For all cancellations throughout November and December I require a minimum of 10 days to cancel an appointment. This is due to the high demand for appointments throughout this period. Please be advised that if you cancel with less than this amount of notice, a 50% charge will be applied and if cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment the full amount of the appointment (100%) will be due. This must be paid within 48 hours of your cancellation. No future appointments will be booked until this has been paid. Please be aware that throughout December I am unable to re-arrange your appointment due to having a full diary.

Please note that a follow-up appointment will be booked 2 weeks following an Anti-Wrinkle Treatment. This is a free appointment however if this appointment is cancelled within 48 hours or missed (no show) a £25 charge will be applied when re-booking the follow-up appointment. The rebooked follow-up appointment must be within 4 weeks of the initial appointment.

Deposits

All services that require a deposit to book the appointment are non-refundable.
If for any reason you cancel your appointment after paying your deposit, as long as you have provided us with 48 hours notice prior to cancelling your appointment (1 weeks notice for Microblading), you will be given 3 months to redeem your deposit against either the same treatment or another of your choice. Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of booking your treatment; failure to comply will result in the cancellation of your booking.
