In this privacy policy ‘I’ or ‘me’ refers to Beyoutiful Beauty and Aesthetics. In this policy, I will explain what information I collect from you and how this is used.

I require a level of personal information from you upon booking an appointment. I only use this information collected to provide services. I do not share or sell any of the information you provide me with for any other purposes than providing services to you or for insurance purposes.

I request a minimum level of personal information from you, which is recorded within your consultation form. I will never obtain your personal information indirectly from other sources. This information will include but is not limited to; full name, date of birth, address, phone number/s, email address, emergency contact details and medical history. I will also keep a record of all treatments you have had at Beyoutiful Beauty and Aesthetics. When signing the consent form, you are giving me permission to hold this information securely about you.

All information I hold about you is available to you at your request and will be held for a reasonable amount of time.

HOW I WILL CONTACT YOU

I will contact you SMS and emails to confirm appointments booked. A reminder SMS and email will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your appointments. As default reminders are set automatically, please contact me should you wish to change this. I may at times need to contact you by phone and you give your consent for me to do this.

You will receive occasional emails from Beyoutiful Beauty and Aesthetics with updates, offers and news. You will be automatically included in this and should you wish to opt out, please let me know.

MARKETING

You may receive marketing emails related to Beyoutiful Beauty and Aesthetics including that of treatments you may have received in the past. I also correspond via email any last-minute cancellations and important information and updates about Beyoutiful Beauty and Aesthetics and you may opt out of this at any time by contacting me.

DATA PROCESSOR AND LOCATION

Your data is kept by Fresha, Faces Consent and including paper-based consultation forms which are held securely in a locked cabinet. When booking online, your card payment details will be held by Fresha securely.
